by posted 08/12/2018

The Catholic Schools Athletic League in conjunction with the University of Denver and support from the St. Sebastian Project is hosting a Volleyball Players clinic and a non-specific sport Coaches’ camp on Saturday, September 1st at the University of Denver.

Join the DU Volleyball coaching staff for a non-sport specific coaching clinic that will expand your knowledge on research based learning theories from the classroom and motor learning principles that will help coaches provide a fun and competitive environment for their athletes.  Topics covered will include: feedback construction, positive process oriented learning environments, and motor learning principles that will assist in designing drills and practices to enhance the learning and performance of your athletes.  All sports coaches are welcome, this is not volleyball specific.

The University of Denver Volleyball team will be hosting a girls volleyball clinic to students in 4th through 8th grades. This clinic is open to all players who like to have the opportunity to learn from the DU Team!  This event is co-sponsored with the Saint Sebastian Project, which works to provide financial sports assistance to the Archdiocese of Denver Catholic Schools.  Registration is free.  Thank you Pioneers!  Hope to see you at the clinic.
